Division of Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR)
CFR supports fundraising for programs and unrestricted support and works with faculty, staff and Major Gift Officers to coordinate and submit requests for private funding. A team of prospect researchers, writers and CFR directors can help plan fundraising strategies, find prospective funders, write/edit letters and proposals, develop budgets, set up accounts and fulfill reporting requirements. The CFR office is responsible for the coordination of all private funding requests on behalf of Wayne State University, and collaborates closely with Sponsored Program Administration to ensure appropriate accountability.
